2013 TechArt Porsche Boxster

2013 TechArt Porsche Boxster - The sporty look can be recognized straight away on the front and rear. The two-part TECHART front spoiler with integrated splitter flows perfectly into the design of the Porsche 981 and allows the front of the vehicle to sit even closer to the ground. A fixed rear spoiler proficiently picks up on the sporty impression of the front and makes also a clear sporty statement. The exterior program is rounded off by plenty of details such as elegantly designed mirror trims on the side mirrors, decorative crosspieces on the side air vents or subtle trims on the rear and diffuser.

Perfectly aligned to the exterior design: the original TECHART wheels for the Porsche Boxster in 21-inch size. The sporty elegant appearance continues; whether in the classically purist five spoke design of the TECHART Formula light alloy wheels or the dynamic double spoke design of the TECHART Formula III forged wheels.

In combination to the TECHART wheel design, the TECHART twin tailpipes made of polished stainless steel in a classic rounded design and the individually colored exterior packages let the car be a unique piece. The optional TECHART sound muffler or the TECHART sport exhaust system with valve control provide acoustic support that gives the Boxster a strong and sporty sound. The program will be completed in the exterior with the TECHART sport spring kit and a lowering of 30 mm at the front and 20 mm at the rear axle of the car.

The sporty and elegant design line is also continues in the interior. The TECHART manufacture offers a range of individual options that allow the driver of the Porsche 981 to feel free in any way of individualization. A full leather interior with a decorative stitching in combination with the TECHART styling packages set highlights in the interior. Selected carbon fiber packages provide the intentionally sporty, high quality touch. In connection with the ergonomically mounted TECHART paddle shifters the TECHART 3-spokes sports steering wheels guarantee precision control over the vehicle and allow simple and fast gear changes with maximum driving pleasure.

2012 Kicherer Mercedes-Benz CLS 6.3 Yachting

2012 Kicherer Mercedes-Benz CLS 6.3 Yachting - Thanks to comprehensive modifications, a ‘normal’ Mercedes-Benz CLS AMG is transformed into an exclusive KICHERER Mercedes-Benz CLS 6.3 Yachting. For a more noticeably individual look, Kicherer, the specialist auto-tuners from Stockach in Germany, have given the Mercedes-Benz CLS a set of top-quality KICHERER RS-1 forged wheels; on the front axle in size 20 inch and on the rear axle in size 21 inch. To make sure this combination not only looks good as it sits in the vehicle’s wheel arches, but also fits technically, the chassis frame has been optimised by means of electronic adjustment, including sporting characteristic curve. Behind the exclusive-design wheels is hidden an in-house high performance braking system with steel flex brake lines, which generate the sorts of deceleration values seen on top-level sports cars. An optical highlight is the exclusive KICHERER full-cover film in star-graphite, which converts the Mercedes-Benz CLS 6.3 Yachting to a unique item.

In terms of power, the engine performance of the 5.5 litre Biturbo has been raised to 625 hp, which also brings with it an increase in torque, to an impressive 860 Nm. The removal of the electronic Vmax (maximum speed) blocker ensures that the Mercedes-Benz CLS 6.3 Yachting can now easily race along at more than 300 km/h. A KICHERER PowerConverter increases the sense of acceleration by neutralising the moment of inertia on the electronic accelerator pedal. Not only does the wheel and tyre combination ensure optimum drive, i.e. perfect grip, but there is now also a special, in-house limited slip differential with variable slip.

For the interior of the Mercedes-Benz CLS, which, in the AMG version, is already fairly decently outfitted as it rolls off the production lines, KICHERER has designed an exclusive YACHTING full-outfitting for its range, in which leather, Alcantara and carbon-fibre have been utilised in almost extravagant ways.

Without impacting on the vehicle’s own lines, the designers at Prior-Design developed the new ‘Black Edition V2′ components for the exterior shell of the CL, components which give the vehicle a significant widening. For the CL’s brutish front end, straining forwards into the headwind, there is a completely new front bumper with large air vents and a front lip spoiler, which is optionally available in a particularly racy genuine carbon fibre design. Specially designed to complement the Black Edition V2 front bumper are four cup-wings, finished in DTM-Style (German Touring Car Masters). Also new is the engine bonnet with two large outlet valves for the hot exhaust air coming off the engine. Making the vehicle look really muscular are the two broad-shoulder like front fenders with side air vents and integrated racing grilles, which also have their counterparts on the drive axle, where they appear as ample side widenings. A set of side skirts ensures better air circulation from the front to rear axle. At the rear end of the vehicle, almost everything is new: In addition to a completely new rear bumper with side air vents, as well as an integrated rear diffuser (optionally available in genuine carbon fibre), Prior-Design have installed a massive boot lid spoiler, which is attached to the boot lid itself. Framed in the diffuser is an exclusive stainless steel sports exhaust system, which has been specially manufactured for Prior-Design by NAP Autoteile, and which can be individually customised by customers with a range of exhaust pipe end pieces.

Three-part PD RF wheels have been mounted in the widened wheel-arches, up front in measurements of 10.5 x 20 inches ET0 and at the back in massive measurements of 13 x 20 inches ET0. Onto these rims, we’ve placed Continental tyres of dimensions 265/30R20 and 325/25R20.

Prior-Design has finished the interior of this racy luxury coupe with exclusive PD Black Edition leathers in addition to carbon fibre interior panels and skirting.

2012 Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro by XXX Performance

2012 Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro by XXX Performance. XXX-Performance is presenting a reconstructed version of a first class R8. Following the “small” V8 in orange is now the bigger brother V10 – this time in a bilious green, cladded in full wrap dressing. The wrapping of car bodyworks is part of the areas of expertise of XXX Performance. The side blades and the exterior rear-view mirrors were refined with carbon foil finishing as a contrast to the bilious green. Cleaned Audi emblems, front grill painted in black as well as darkened headlights round up works on the car body shell. The real eye catchers are deeply lowered in the wheel housings. This is where exclusive Oxigin 14-Oxrock rims that are fitted with foils to match the bodyworks, roll over the road surfaces. In its format 8.5×20 and 11×20 inches, this combination with the befitting Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tires of 235/30R20 and 295/25R20 ensures sufficient grip on road surfaces. The H&R coilover kit that was completely modified on a G-Ride Airride system ensures a massive lowering of the vehicle. This brute lowering status is thus also realizable for the purpose of public display.

Indeed, the tuners of XXX Performance also left virtually no stone unturned in the 5.2 liter V10 engine. The engine software was optimized and a BMC carbon air-box as well as a high-end sports exhaust system with Bluetooth flap control system from the reputable Capristo establishment provided to achieve a boost in performance to the present status of approximately 650 horse power. The company from Bochum further achieved a boost in the visual appearance value of this roaring ten-cylinder aggregate by implementing different real carbon covers.

The interior of the R8 V10 is now almost beyond recognition. Whichever way the eye strays, the fine Alcantara and real leather in carbon looks with white seams are always sure to be caught in all views. The roof liner, the complete dashboard, the steering wheel, the seats, the door claddings or the plastic parts, you name it: High-grade leather is henceforth seen and felt everywhere. Moreover, the arm supports were fitted with real carbon. There is finally a set of peccably expensive Audi RS-seats that are of course, equally slightly modified and given a facelift in their dressing.

2012 Vilner Mercedes-Benz GL

2012 Vilner Mercedes-Benz GL. Vilner’s customer was looking for an individual engagement in his Mercedes, for luxurious recreation according to his wishes and visions. His wish was a 4-seater oasis, where one doesn’t feel the road, immersed in a world filled with high-quality music, relaxing and not feeling the space … Of course the iPad should not be missing. Where one can carry the entire luggage needed to get to the moon and back.

Vilner worked up the bottom of the chassis, exchanging the rear two seats with two front GL thrones, which still fulfill all functions of the front seats. Luxury must grow, and not decrease! An additional center console was installed – an extension of the front console. On that console an aluminum pillar was integrated, designed for the iPad, which can rotate in all directions.

The headliner was made of light-brown Alcantara, the plastic parts were painted white and now these come together with the headliner. The emphasis shifted to the relief color pattern, borrowed from the interior of Bugatti Veyron. This color pattern can be seen on the car door inner sides, and in addition to the esthetic function it is also soundproofed. The whole cab was covered with soundproof material from Ground Zero. For a better comfort of the occupants, Vilner softened additionally the rear part of the front seats. An ambient lighting was installed.

All that remains is to enjoy the sound of silence … or the sound of the powerful new audio system. It was installed in the trunk and precisely adjusted for the rear two occupants. They will feel the whole power of the 4-volume audio system, two subwoofers, three amplifiers, (two 4-channel and 1 mono-block), audio processor Audison, 31-band equalizer TSP. All controlled by the iPad.

2012 mcchip-dkr Mercedes-Benz SLS 63 AMG MC700

2012 mcchip-dkr Mercedes-Benz SLS 63 AMG MC700. Whether in the spectacular swing door version or the spacious roadster, the SLS 63 AMG is propelled by a high-torque V8 driving mechanism with a 6.2 liter cubic capacity and up to 571 horse power capable of developing a maximum torque of 650 Newton meters. No further spectacular performance surge can be extracted from this fully exhausted driving mechanism by using pure “electronic tuning”.

Technicians of the mcchip-dkr from Mechernich in North Eifel, who are specialists in such power upgrades in their own rights, were of course, aware of this fact and therefore upgraded their power program for the racy car from Stuttgart with the “MC700” compressor kit that is obtainable in two upgrade levels. In addition to the pure compressor kit and a stage 3 software upgrade, the first stage of charging using a mechanically driven compressor also includes a performance-enhancing high-end exhaust system as from the catalyzer version with the valve control system of the project partner Capristo Exhaust Systems. 680 HP and a maximum torque of 770 Newton meters mean a significant and palpable power surge. The price of the first “MC700“ upgrade stage is EUR 69,900.00.

The export version (without the technical inspection seal of TÜV) containing additional sports catalyzers and an even more frisky stage 4 software is slightly more aggressive in its motion: 706 HP and 793 Nm are presently the ultimate benchmark! The price of the export version is EUR 78,999.00.

2012 Mansory Ferrari 458 Spider Monaco Edition

2012 Mansory Ferrari 458 Spider Monaco Edition. The MANSORY Monaco Edition which is limited to just 3 vehicles of the Ferrari 458 Spider doesn’t just make the pulses of convertible fans beat faster. Alongside more power and a much improved look the team of firm owner Kourosh Mansory has especially optimised the vehicle’s weight.

An eye-catching new feature of the newly styled Ferrari front is the striking skirt with the optimised air intakes for improved ventilation of the front radiator. In combination with the new bonnet MANSORY not only achieved an aggressive look but also generated additional drive. Newly designed side sills have been added. These steady the air flow between the axles and feed additional cooling air into the engine compartment through integrated routing channels. The diffuser built into the new rear skirt stabilises the back at high speeds and creates downforce together with the serial rear wing on the rear axle. Overall the refining specialist achieves a weight saving of around 60 kilograms compared to a standard Ferrari 458 Spider by carbon components specially heated in their own autoclave.

But the MANSORY convertible does not impress only with its fascinating design. As a result of an optimised engine management, a sports air filter and a sports exhaust system engine performance as well as acceleration both improve significantly.

Thanks to 590 hp / 434 kW and 560 Nm the eight-cylinder accelerates from zero to one hundred (km/h) in a breathtaking 3.2 seconds. The top speed is 330 km/h which is also higher than the base vehicle. As the perfect wheel-tyre combination MANSORY has built forged rims with central locking in 9 x 11 and 11 x 21 dimensions with Michelin PS2 tyres in the VA 245/35, ZR20 and HA 305/30 ZR21 sizes.
